Theodore "Ted" N. Roll, age 84, passed away on August 23, 2026.

Ted was born and raised in Hebron, North Dakota. He shared 51 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Dianne. Together, they built a life centered on faith, family, love, and devotion.

Ted proudly served his country in the United States Navy for 13 years. He was a kind, generous man of strong faith who made everyone feel welcome and left a lasting impact on those who knew him.

Above all else, Ted cherished his family. He found great joy in spending time with his children, 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson. Whether woodworking, crafting, playing cards, or simply sharing stories and laughter, Ted created countless cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Ted never met a stranger. Most people knew he was around by the sound of his laugh, which will be missed.

Ted is survived by his loving wife, Dianne; his five children, Angela (Richard) Hendry, Cynthia R. Alford, Chad (Kelli) Buratt, Stephanie Cole, and Stephanie (Donnie) Page; his sister, Dolly (John) Edwards; his grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Erica, Michael, Kyle, Jordi, Meaghan, Chelsey, Kaycie, McKenzie, and Madison; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Mary (Bader) Roll; his siblings, Maurice, Virginia, Francis, Mary Lou, Edith, and Evangeline; and his son, Dale Buratt.

Ted's legacy of faith, love, service, and dedication to family will continue to inspire those who knew and loved him. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will remain a blessing to all whose lives he touched.
