Celeste and family,
I never met Rob but by observation I quickly learned that he was a great person through bits of their life shared via social media. It was a joy to witness the happiness of someone I’ve loved since she was a little girl and I’m grateful that God gave you those beautiful years. His legacy will live on through you, his kids and those beautiful grand babies. Sincerest condolences to you all.

How do I find the words, I loved Rob from the moment I heard that there was the promise of him, or her, if he were a girl, & I was REALLY hoping that he was a girl, until Mom got home from the hospital, & I finally got to hold that precious baby boy! I looked into those beautiful eyes, & I was gone! Who needed a baby sister, I was perfectly happy with the new joy in my life, my baby brother Rob.
He grew into such an amazing young man, in spite of all of the obstacles that life threw at him. A Marine, WOW! A Sergeant Wow! Then a husband and dad to 3 beautiful children, WOW!!!
It seemed that every few years, he'd go incognito on us, but, we'd manage to locate him to see how he was doing. A few more stumbling blocks, and he landed in Louisiana, where he got a new job, and then met the love of his life.
Celeste, you gave him that smile that I see in all of these pictures I see posted. He loved you so. His face beams!
To all of you, Sis, Richard, Cesar, Shannon, and all of his family & friends, y'all made him so very happy, and for that, I truly thank you. Love, Barbara
