Patrick Allen Norris, age 63, passed away peacefully on the morning of April 15th, 2026, after a decade long battle with ALS.

Patrick was born on January 22, 1963 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He graduated from Buckeye High School in DeVille, Louisiana. He made his home in Killian, Louisiana with his family, for the last thirty years.

He is survived by his wife of thirty five years, Susan Norris; his children, Chilista Norris, Michael Brideau, Amber Corrales, Andrew Norris and Samuel Norris; five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews; brothers, Fred Norris and William Norris; and a sister, Celeste Norris.

Patrick was Pack Master for Istrouma Area Council Pack 69 Cub Scouts for several years.

He was a third degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus Council 6389.

After years as a Project Manager and Maintenance Supervisor for the Iberville Parish School Board, he retired on May 26, 2017.

He enjoyed woodworking, beekeeping, fishing and spending time with family.

Relatives and friends of the family, also the officers and members of Knights of Columbus Council 6389, are invited to attend the Memorial Service to be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 44450 LA 429, in St. Amant, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 10 AM until 11AM on Saturday, July 11, 2026 followed by the Memorial Mass at 11AM.

In lieu of flowers, family and friends of Patrick Allen Norris who prefer to provide a memorial contribution may do so. The family will use these to honor Patrick's life and memory by donating to the ALS Foundation and the Steve Gleason Foundation. Please continue to keep the family in your thoughts throughout this challenging time.
