Monica Mary Cordrey DeNault, 68, a resident of Walker and a native of Buffalo, NY passed away peacefully on Friday September 12, 2025. She is survived by her loving children, Danielle J. Bowen, Dominique J. DeNault and John L. DeNault, Sr., her grandchildren, Jennifer (Axl), Jack, Josephe, Jasmine, Hunter (Elizabeth), Dalton, Jodie & Hazel and 11 great grandchildren (#12 due in 2026). She is also survived by her sisters Joan, Nancilee & Jane, a host of nieces & nephews, her friends Karen, Kyle & Libby and her 2 cats, Baby Kitty & Little Kitty. Monica, an avid reader, visited the local library and The Book Cellar on a regular basis. She had a passion for silver jewelry, especially rings, and it was not uncommon for her to have 2 or 3 on each finger. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother who loved nothing more than seeing & hearing the joy and happiness in the faces and giggles of her great grands! She was proceeded in death by her husband Robert Arthur DeNault, her parents Ivan & Alanna Cordrey, her father & mother in law John & Betty DeNault, son in law Raymond Bowen, brother Mark Cordrey, sister Cynthia Cordrey and niece and nephew in law Alicia & Deme Guillaume. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at OLOL SICU, Oncology Unit, Pinnacle Hospice & Father Paul Yi for their kindness and compassion. There will be a private service at a later date in Buffalo, NY. Memorial donations can be made, in her name, to Our Lady of Victory Shrine and Basilica "Adopt an Angel Campaign" @
