Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, Linda Kay Stevenson “Morace” Amond passed away on Wednesday July 29, 2026. She was born on March 20,1955 in Baton Rouge, LA. She is survived by her daughters Michelle Hunt (Kelly) and Stephanie Diez (Bret), her grandchildren Dylan Matthews (Savanna), Kyle Diez (Emily), Kaylan Hunt, and Taylor Hunt and five great grandchildren and her brother. Preceded in death by her son Michael D “Mikey” Morace, her parents Joe L and Millie Stevenson and a brother. She shared her Catholic faith through RCIA, finding joy in helping others on their own journey of faith. Service to be held Friday August 14, 2026, at St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church 14040 Greenwell Springs Road, Greenwell Springs, LA 70739. Visitation from 12:00 pm until services at 1:30 pm. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
