Cheryl Ann Jalufka Sullivan "Momma", 71, of Walker died on October 5, 2026.Cheryl was born on January 5, 1955 in Alexandria to late parents Alfonse and Margaret Jalufka. She retired as an accountant supervisor from State of Louisiana where she worked for 30+ years. Cheryl was a devoted wife and mother of 3. A selfless person with a heart for serving God and others, truly virtuous. Generous, kind, and caring, a helper and giver to anyone and everyone in need. Being very intelligent, witty, and free spirited she loved conversation and connection with people she knew and strangers alike. She also enjoyed cooking, eating delicious foods, sewing, road trips taking in beautiful scenery, and many other things. Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband Robert Sullivan and son Dean Sullivan. She is survived by her children; daughter, Robin Sullivan (Ronnie), and son Stephen Sullivan, and her sisters; Pat Seal (Alvin), and Linda Gonzales (Keith). To have known her is to miss her. To have loved her and be loved by her is to have all the light and color removed from your world. But as she would say, "The juice is worth the squeeze".
In lieu of flowers, family and friends of Cheryl Ann Jalufka Sullivan who prefer to provide a memorial contribution may do so. The family will use these to honor Cheryl's life and memory. Please continue to keep the family in your thoughts throughout this challenging time.
