A ceremony celebrating the life of Alfred E. “Gene” Sistrunk will be held on Saturday November 29, 2025, at First Pentecostal Church, visitation will begin at 10:00 am until time of service at 2:00 pm, officiating will be Rev. Billy Johnson, Rev. Robert Jones, and eulogy by Evelyn Nodine. Graveside services will follow at Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Sistrunk was born on March 16, 1940, in Hammond and rested from this life on November 24, 2025, at the age of 85 years.
