William C. “Billy” Threeton, age 64, passed from this life into eternity on May 20, 2020. He was a native of Springfield.
Billy is survived by his wife Coleene T. Threeton, resident of Marrero, his brother Robert L. Threeton resident of Springfield, sister Melodie Ponce (Moses) resident of Springfield, niece Cassie Sosa (Eduardo) resident of New York, niece Elizabeth Morales, and nephew James R. Threeton resident of Springfield.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents William C. “Billy” Threeton, Sr. of Springfield & Melodie Morse Threeton of Wadesboro, his brother Michael Threeton of Springfield, niece Morgan “Sunnie” Morales of Springfield, and nephew, Elijah Morales of Springfield.
Billy enjoyed hot rods and was a gifted mechanic. He raced cars when in his 20’s. He was passionate about music and played trumpet & keyboard & sang beautifully. Billy loved attending his church and met there with a very loving congregation. He will be greatly missed.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Billy’s Homecoming, on June 14th at 3pm, at Westside Baptist Church in Ponchatoula.

I sat next to Billy in Sunday School. I enjoyed talking with him. He was a true gentleman and was respectful of everyone. I will miss my friend.

Billy “Boy”, as he was known when we were just kids growing up in Springfield, was one of the nicest guys around....I am so thankful for those childhood memories. Rest in Heaven Billy and thoughts and prayers for all of his loved ones.🙏🏻
