A ceremony celebrating the life of DeEtte Rabb will be 11 am Saturday January 11, 2020 at Graceworks Church, 16131 LA Highway 44 Prairieville.
She was born in Baton Rouge on December 25, 1960 to the union of the late Archie Marion and Lois Whitaker Rabb; and passed from this life on January 4, 2020 at the age of 59 years. She was a resident of Baton Rouge and passed away at Baton Rouge General Medical Center Bluebonnet Campus. She loved two things more than anything; Jesus and people. She served as a missionary in foreign countries and everywhere she went. Whether at the hospital or Home Depot. She was an avid fan of LSU Tigers, and enjoyed teatime with friends, usually while wearing a colorful hat. She found great joy in painting and gardening, especially with Caylee.
She is survived by her brother Archie M. Rabb III; niece Cassie Rabb, nephew Dalton Rabb, her great niece Caylee.
A special thanks to Dr. Miletello and the staff at BR General for all their exceptional kindness.
Thanks for all you meant to DeEtte and always remember her words to you, "You are a blessing!"

She was one of my closest friends for over 30 years. I will miss her love for Jesus, love for people, her encouragement and especially her laughter and wonderful sense of humor! I’ll see you again someday, DeEtte, when it’s my turn to go to Heaven.
