Teresa Elizabeth Gough, born Teresa Elizabeth Ruff, went home to be with her savior on March 16, 2024.
Teresa is survived by her siblings Paul Daniel and Sharon Reagan; 2 sons Jimmy Chiasson Jr. and Christopher Guidroz; 3 daughters Jessica Chiasson, Brandy Chiasson and Marylin Carter; Grandchildren Jayce Chiasson, Tristin Ruschel, Jonathan Chiasson, Tyler May, Conner May, Tye Cameron, Randy Guidroz, Brantley Guidroz, Kyleigh Lacoste, Amber Lege, Ashley Lege, Gabrielle Kellum; Great grandchildren; Liam Lepine and Roman Chiasson; all of her extended family at Pathway Programs. She is preceded in death by her parents William Ruff and Mary Tremor; her husband John Gough Sr.; her children Shane Chiasson and Travis Chiasson; A host of siblings.
Teresa will be remembered for her beautiful smile and kind heart. She loved everyone she met and always saw the best in people. She would do anything for anyone if it was in her ability. She loved Jesus, flowers, nature, and fishing. She made everyone around her laugh and she will forever be in our hearts. Her beautiful soul is finally in her father’s loving arms.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church (1620 77th Ave. Baton Rouge, LA 70807) on Saturday March 30, 2024 at 11:00 am. Teresa’s family would like to thank friends and extended family for their kind words as we remember her beautiful life.
