Rhonda Richardson “Re-Re” January 12, 1961, ~ November 7, 2024 Rhonda Burns Richardson, age 63, a native of St. Amant-Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2024. Re-Re was known for her strong will and tenacious spirit. She loved spending time with all her family and was so proud of her four grandkids. Rhonda worked at Industrial Railroad Services for 20 years. She enjoyed cooking, watching LSU & Saints football and playing the poker machines. She is survived by her father, Clarence “CJ” Burns; son, Troy Richardson; daughter, Ashlee Richardson Delacerda; grandchildren, Gage, Billie, Joseph, Ani; sisters, Dody (Kerby) Eliser, Lana (Kip) Landry, Shannon (Mike) Venable; brother, Steve (Melissa) Burns; sisters in-law, Kitty Richardson Landry, Rhonda (Gary) Templet; brother in-law Danny (Cheryl) Richardson. Rhonda is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Don Paul Richardson; mother, Carole Simpson Burns; mother and father in-law, Joseph Cliffton “JC” and Eunice Melancon Richardson; nieces, Kelli Bourgeois and Katie Richardson, brother in-law, Randolph Landry; sister in-law Melinda (Ronnie) Millet. Graveside service will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church-Mausoleum on Saturday, November 16, 2024 @ 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Diabetes Association in Rhonda’s memory.
