Glynn Ellzey Badon peacefully passed away at his home in Central, LA on March 11th. He was born on August 15, 1940, in Foxworth, MS. He was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge and a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. His favorite activities included cooking, gardening, painting, and spending time in nature.
Glynn was a loving father survived by two daughters Lori Badon Ladouceur and her spouse John, and Marty Badon James and her spouse David. He was a loving brother to Howard Badon and uncle to Renée, Noel, and Kevin. He is preceded in death by parents Ellzey J and Mamie Lee Badon.
Services will be held on Monday March 18 at Our Lady of Mercy, 445 Marquette St., Baton Rouge. Visitation in the church at 9 AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 10. Interment at the Our Lady of Mercy Columbarium immediately following Mass.
